Terms of service

These terms cover rendonarango.com and its projects, including LFM. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site for an organisation, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

You can read the site, use its demos, the Ask chat, the terminal and the Jev games, and join the LFM waitlist, within the law and these terms. Do not misuse the site, for example by trying to get access you do not have, by reverse engineering it or by breaking the rights of others.

The Ask chat, the terminal and the Jev games use models from OpenAI and TypeSafe. Their output can be wrong. The Ask chat answers only from my CV and project write-ups. Check anything important before you rely on it.

You keep ownership of what you type or send. You give me a limited licence to process it to run the feature you used, as the privacy policy describes.

The site, its text, design and software, and LFM, its models and documentation, belong to me or my licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Open-source projects, such as EvalLens, have their own licences.

• No unlawful, harmful or abusive use.
• No attempts to disable, overload or interfere with the site, including automated requests to the AI features.
• No violation of privacy, intellectual property rights or applicable law.

Some features, such as the alternative view, carry a beta label. They can change or stop at any time, and they come as they are.

The site and LFM come as they are and as available. To the extent the law permits, I give no warranties. You use the site at your own risk.

To the extent the law permits, I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, that come from your use of the site.

I can block access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using the site at any time.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes. If a change is material, I say so on this page. If you use the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
